The Division of Student Affairs and Residential Housing are proud to invite Ohio University community members and friends to help welcome the next generation of Bobcats to the Athens campus this coming August as part of our Go Green Team or Go Green Guides.

The Go Green Team is made up of volunteers from registered student organizations. This team will help our new incoming students physically move their personal items into their residence hall rooms. The time commitment is roughly 4 hours each day for the 2 days of first-year student move in. All volunteers receive a Go Green Team t-shirt and are permitted to return to campus early. Refreshments will be provided throughout the day.

The Go Green Guides are faculty, staff or community volunteers who oversee the Go Green Team, provide directions, answer basic questions and enthusiastically welcome new students and their families to the OHIO family. Go Green Guides are scheduled flexibly based on their availability and will receive a complimentary Go Green t-shirt.
