Can I purchase a meal plan if I reside off-campus?
Students residing off-campus may purchase one of our off-campus meal plans. You can complete an "Off-Campus Mal Plan" contract using "Apply Online." If you have difficulty completing the online contract, stop by the Residential Housing Office in Chubb Hall room 060, e-mail housing@ohio.edu, or fax your request to 740.593.4089. Please remember to include your full name, personal identification number (PID) and requested meal plan. Once your request is received by the Residential Housing office, you will be sent instructions on how to complete an off-campus meal plan contract.
How do I change my meal plan?
Prior to the start of the academic year (or the semester in which a student first enrolls during an academic year) students may increase or decrease their meal plan. After the Wednseday prior to the first day of classes for the academic year, students may only increase their meal plan. No decreases will be permitted after the academic year begins. All changes to your meal plan must be made via MyHousing.
The meal plan week begins with Sunday brunch and ends at midnight on the following Saturday.
