During Homecoming week, the Student Alumni Board (SAB) and Campus Involvement Center (CIC) will be partnering with local businesses and OHIO offices and departments to "Paint the Town Green." Show your Bobcat pride and compete for best office decorations!
OHIO golf carts will be circulating around campus with Homecoming goodies in honor of this year's Bobcat Family Reunion! Be on the lookout from 9-11 a.m. for free coffee and treats from 1-3 p.m.
Sponsored by the CIC, this recurring series will spread OHIO's Homecoming spirit with a free string event at Baker Theater Lounge from 7-8 p.m.
Brought to you by the CIC, "Deck Out Day" will be yOUr chance to one-stop-shop for Homecoming gear at Baker Center! Items include OHIO crafts (1st floor), personalized Bobcat cell phone skins (2nd floor) and airbrush snapback hats and OHIO hair accessories (4th floor). Be sure to stop by the 3rd floor for a Bobcat gear giveaway and get a free Athens photo name collage.
A celebration of being out and proud Bobcat style! An opportunity to support and affirm all members of the Bobcat Family in coming out as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, or as an ally. All are welcome to participate!!!
Join alumni, faculty, staff and community members to learn more about the history of one of the most intriguing spots on campus, The Ridges. There will be horse-drawn wagon and walking tours where you will learn the history of the buildings and how they are now used at Ohio University. Each tour participant will receive a complimentary OHIO mug that can be filled with hot chocolate while waiting for their tour. The cost is $5 per person and children under 3 are free.
Join the Ohio University Alumni Association Board of Directors and Ohio University Intercollegiate Athletics in celebrating the achievements of some of the University's most outstanding alumni and friends at the 2014 Alumni Awards Gala. The black-tie reception and dinner will be held at Baker University Center with dinner and the program.

Hosted by Student Alumni Board (SAB) and the Ohio University Alumni Association, this year's "Yell Like Hell" pep rally and bonfire will feature fireworks and several special additions including a live DJ, performances by OHIO groups, yOUr 2014 Homecoming court and greeting from President Roderick J. McDavis. Invite your fellow Bobcats to come cheer for the Homecoming football game and "Yell Like Hell" for OHIO. The first 1,000 attendees will receive a free cup and hot chocolate/apple cider, so don't be late! Be on the lookout for more details on the program.
Before heading to the Homecoming parade, stop by the Front Room on the 4th floor of Baker University Center from 9:30-10:30 a.m. and enjoy free coffee, hot chocolate and specialty drinks courtesy of the yOUr Alumni Association. While you’re there, make sure to grab some OHIO giveaways to show your Bobcat pride throughout the day!
Hosted by University Program Council (UPC), the 2014 Homecoming Parade will celebrate OUr “Bobcat Family Reunion” with spirited floats, banners and displays representing both the University and the surrounding community.
Featured in this increasingly popular event will be OU newspapers dating back more than 100 years, hundreds of photographs, and dozens of yearbooks, sports, and other event-related programs, maps, posters, student handbooks, student scrapbooks, dance cards, student magazines, dorm newsletters, and other Ohio University memorabilia.
The LGBT Center is celebrating 16 years on campus. The tailgate is an opportunity to celebrate with family (current Bobcats and alumni bobcats and community allies) and toast to another 16 years.
Alumni brothers and all friends are invited back home to the fraternity house for our annual pig roast. We will gather on the front porch at eleven, eat lunch at noon, and walk to the game around 1. We are planning to get a block of tickets to the game. If interested in getting a game ticket contact George Vanderbilt.
A pre-Homecoming game Bobcat Bash will be held from 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m., immediately following the Homecoming Parade. Included in the price is music, picnic food, beverages (including beer and wine) and free OHIO merchandise.

Join Outdoor Pursuits and Astronomer George Eberts for an evening of star gazing and campfire fun. We will spend the evening roasting marshmallows, spotting constellations, gazing through telescopes and listening to tales of the night sky and The Ridges lore. Details on sign-up coming soon.
