REGISTRATION POLICIES

Registration Deadlines:

Winter/Winter Intersession2010: November 6, 2009
Spring 2010: February 19, 2010
Summer 2010: April 23, 2010

Course Refund Policy 

OS	100% refund before the first day of the quarter. 1st week trading courses -No fees 1st  week drop a course -10% charge if registered in other courses 2nd week drop a course - 20% charge if registered in other courses 1st & 2nd week dropping all courses(withdraw from quarter) - 20% charge Please see Registration Policies for specific dates for each quarter.
CCE	Withdraw within one month of the date of your enrollment; the course fee less US$50 will be refunded. Airmail fee will not be refunded. No refund after that time. Independent Study Office only allows one extension in CCE mode; you need to pay US$50 for three months extension.
IS	Withdraw within one month of the date of your enrollment, the course fee will be refunded less$50 and a charge for each lesson graded; or within two months of the date of your enrollment, one half of the course fee will be refunded, less a charge for each lesson graded. Airmail fee will not be refunded. No refund after that time.
Online	100% refund before the first day of the quarter. 80% refund if student withdraws during first 15 calendar days of the quarter No refund if student withdraws after the 15th day of the quarter

Tuition/Fees in Hong Kong

OS	US$136 per credit hour
CCE	US$69 per credit hour + US$20 per course (airmail fee for examination)
IS	US$136 per credit hour + US$125 per course (course guide fee, airmail fee for lessons & examinations)
