Run for Office!
The election for the 2007-2008 Graduate Student Senate will be held in May, 2006. A date will be set during spring quarter. Applications to run for office will be due in May, 2006. An Open House to discuss election rules and to talk to current Senators will be held after a GSS general body meeting in early May.

Being a part of Graduate Student Senate is an excellent opportunity to improve the lives of your fellow graduate students and graduate education at Ohio University.
The elected President of GSS receives a tuition waiver and stipend. No other position receives financial assistance. The GSS office is currently in Lindley 218. Beginning January 2007, the GSS office will be relocated to the fancy new Baker University Center. |
