The Research and Technology Center is the home of the Graduate College, which serves as the admissions office for all graduate students in all Ohio University colleges and degree programs for every OU campus. The Graduate College incorporates Graduate Student Services, Graduate Appointments, Graduate Records Management, International Transcript Evaluations and Graduate Orientation as well as Thesis and Dissertation Services.
