| Step 4: Orally Defend, Send Final Document and Approval Pages to TAD Services |
Podcast Step 4
1. Orally defend, make revisions, and obtain advisor's approval. Upon approval, immediately email final document to etd@ohio.edu.
2. Provide a Xerox copy of oral defense form signed by committee members. Drop this off to McKee House or Haning Hall 117.
3. Print two approval pages and one abstract page on cotton bond paper, obtain the advisor's signature ONLY. Drop these off to McKee House or Haning Hall 117.
4. Once the final document format has been accepted by TAD Services, you will receive an email titled "Document Format Accepted". Instructions for uploading to OhioLINK will be attached. Complete this step immediately upon receiving email. |

| TAD Services sends an email to the college, advisor, and student with the final document attached noting document has been accepted and that the approval pages are being sent to the College Contact for processing. |
