When submitting your application online, you will need to supply a credit card number or electronic check (U.S. bank only). If you choose to submit this application, you will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE application fee. If you submit an application in error, you will NOT receive a refund.
To change or correct application information already submitted, please email the appropriate Record Manager at Graduate Studies based on your last name initial and citizenship status. If you attempt to make changes via this online application after you have submitted it, you will be charged another NON-REFUNDABLE application fee.
If you experience difficulty with the online application form, you may click on the Help link (bottom of each page of the application) or send an email to help@applyweb.com. If you receive no response after 24 hours, please call 503-973-5213 from 7AM-6PM Pacific Standard Time Monday to Friday.
If you have completed your application online, do not send a paper application or a hard (paper) copy of the online application to us because this will slow down processing of your application.
