Please review the following information pertaining to the OU Business Online Graduate Appointment process.

When canceling or modifying an appointment, please refer to the transaction number of the appointment through the OU Business Online process. When referencing this number for changes, the process is greatly streamlined.

Policy changes regarding tuition scholarship reimbursement were implemented fall quarter. If the accompanying stipend is being paid from an operating account the tuition scholarship will come from the department's budget using "0000" as the fund/source in the account number string. If the accompanying stipend is being paid from a restricted account, i.e. grant or foundation only, the tuition scholarship will be reimbursed from the central pool using "2300" as the fund/source in the account number string.

Please remind graduate students that have an appointment for winter quarter to visit the student portal to determine their fee deductions for the remainder of winter and spring quarters. Please note: Once the fee determination has been made, the student may not reverse their decision.
