The program proposal document is found under "forms" below. Final deadlines for new and updated proposals are listed below:

|Spring Break||March 1st of preceding academic year|
|Summer||October 1st of preceding academic year|
*Note: proposals to destinations that have a State Department Warning or are ranked by International SOS as medium or higher need to submit documentation to the study abroad risk assessment committee one month in advance of proposal deadline outlining how risks will be mitigated. You can log in to International SOS using the ID 11bcas000010. Contact Lori Lammert for further instruction.
Risk Assessment Review
Global Opportunity programs that meet certain triggers must go through an annual risk review process. Generally, a risk review is triggered by a medium risk rating or higher from International SOS or by a Department of State Travel Warning. Other reasons for a risk review to be triggered can be found in the Process for reviewing global opportunity programs in relation to risk. Additional information on this process can be found in the Global Opportunities Risk Assessment Committee's Operating Code.
