I finished my last class on March 15th at noon and flew into New York at 5 to start my new job (I would definitely recommend taking more time off between college and work). I work for the International Quality and Productivity Center as a conference director. Even though they have international in their name, it doesn't have anything to do with international issues. I am a legal conference director. I start from scratch by coming up with an important topic in the legal world, pick a date, location, and then call hundreds and hundreds of people to do research with them and acquire speakers. It is definitely not something I ever thought I would be doing, but I think I like it. New York is fun, but it is a hard city to live in. If anyone is ever in New York feel free to contact me and stop by!
