Dr. Anderson was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to research in Romania spring semester 2014.
CONGRATULATIONS TO SAM JONES and the LKCCAP research team for theirwork with Tanzania's Kirya Secondary School, recipient of the 2013 Zayed Future Energy Prize in the Global High Schools category for the Africa region. Dr. MacEachren is a Professor of Geography and Director of the GeoVISTA Center at Penn State University. His research interests, rooted in the cartographic/geographic background he obtained as an undergraduate at Ohio University, include cartographic symbolization, geovisualization, geocollaboration, spatial cognition, visual analytics, and user-centered design. Congratulations to Alan MacEachren (AB 1974) Selected as College of Arts & Sciences "Distinguished Alumnus" 2012 Dr. MacEachren is a Professor of Geography and Director of the GeoVISTA Center at Penn State University.
