Three Suggestions

1. Read the General Education Proposal on Breadth of Knowledge and the discussion on the Breadth of Knowledge Advisory page.

2. Be sure to address the issues of academic rigor and active learning.

3. Offer some concrete examples of how active learning will occur -- especially in multi-section courses.
