Courses that engage in such activities or topics as the process of making art; the understanding and appreciation of an art form; the understanding and appreciation of the historical development of art forms and aesthetic concepts; or the philosophy of art and design are of primary interest for the fulfillment of the General Education Perspectives Aesthetics component. This includes, but is not limited to, courses in the fine and applied arts, the performing arts, design, literary criticism, and creative writing. |
