The Ohio University Foundation is located on the University’s Athens campus. The accounting office and Alumni Information Services are located on the first floor of the HDL Center, Suite 164, Union Street. Hours of operation are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. The Development Office is housed in McGuffey Hall on the College Green. Assistant Deans for Development for the academic colleges, regional campuses, and other University units typically are housed within their unit’s respective buildings.

The Foundation’s legal name is The Ohio University Foundation, and its taxpayer identification number is 31-6402269. Contributions to the Foundation qualify as gifts to an IRS Section 501(c)(3) public charity for federal income, estate, and gift tax purposes.
