Faculty/Staff Meal Plans

All 2013-2014 Faculty/Staff Meal Plans are valid between May 11, 2013 and May 3, 2014.

Faculty/Staff Meal Plans help to increase interaction between Ohio students and staff outside of the classroom, further strengthening Ohio University as the best student-centered learning experience in America. All Faculty/Staff Meal Plans last for the entire academic year and are loaded onto your Ohio ID. The following Meal Plans are available to all Ohio University Faculty/Staff:

The Culinary Passport Plan (<- click here) offers $150 in Flex Points and is open to any Faculty/Staff member. This plan is good at West 82 Food Court, The Front Room Coffeehouse, Latitude 39 Casual Dining, Café BiblioTech, South Side Espresso Bar, all Dining Courts/Halls and all Grab N Go's. Points will not be accepted at Bobcat Essentials, any Campus Market, in vending machines or laundry centers. Points will expire on the last day of Spring Semester (May 3, 2014). One Point equals $1.00. Points are non-refundable.
2013-14 price: $135/year.

Faculty/Staff may purchase a Connect 20 meal plan (<- click here). The Connect 20 meal plan is any 20 meals that may be used in any of our Dining Courts/Halls and Grab N Go's. All 20 meals are valid until the last day of Spring Semester (May 3, 2014). Meal plan holders may bring as many guests as they have meals.

2013-14 price is $106/year.

Faculty/Staff may purchase a Connect 10 (<- click here). The Connect 10 meal plan is any 10 meals that may be used in any of our Dining Courts/Halls and Grab N Go's. All 10 meals are valid until the last day Spring Semester (May 3, 2014). Meal plan holders may bring as many guests as they have meals.

2013-14 price is $66/year.

Flex Points are an internal currency to be used at West 82 Food Court, The Front Room Coffeehouse, Latitude 39 Casual Dining, OU-HCOM SAF Café, Café BiblioTech, South Side Espresso Bar, all Dining Courts/Halls and all Grab N Go's. Points will not be accepted at Bobcat Essentials, any Campus Market, in vending machines or laundry centers. All Points are loaded onto an Ohio University issued ID card and will expire on the last day of the semester. One Point equals $1.00 and points are deducted in exact amounts (one cent increments). Additional Points will not be available (staff and students may purchase Bobcat Cash). Points are non-refundable. 

What is the Flex Points Advantage? Flex Points help your Meal Plan*, and your money, go further. Not only are they valid at all Campus Courts/Dining Halls, Cafés and Grab ‘N Go’s, Flex Points are also valid at Baker University Center retail locations.**

Bobcat Cash is money put on an account (similar to a prepaid debit card) that can be used at the Dining Halls, convenience stores, vending machines, laundry centers and various on campus dining and retail operations. Simply add money to this account and then use your Ohio University-issued ID card to access this service. Additional deposits can be added as needed throughout the academic year. Bobcat Cash cannot be used off-campus, does not allow for cash withdrawals and cannot be used to purchase textbooks. Bobcat Cash account balances will automatically carry over to each new semester and / or academic year, provided the cardholder remains a registered student or employee of Ohio University.
