Nelson Court Dining Concepts
Kalamata Leaf: Choose from a variety of fresh Mediterranean cuisine, including: pastas, desserts, salads and Nelson Court's signature thin-crust pizza. Vegetarian options, made-to-order sandwiches and wraps ensure that there's something for everyone.
Bamboo Bowl: This Eastern-inspired venue features traditional Wok and Asian Fusion options. Choose from a variety of house-made sauces, rice, soup, hot tea and desserts. Vegetarian options available.
Smoke 'N Flames: The name says it all: Tender beef brisket, pulled pork, ribs and chicken - all smoked to perfection on campus. Delicious burgers, chicken and veggies are char grilled right in front of you. This Southern-style venue features homemade soup and all the fixins'. Be sure to grab some cobbler and pie, too!
Sunny Side Up: It's breakfast all day at this venue. Choose from made-to-order omelets, a variety of breakfast meats, crepes and hot/cold cereal; or, get creative and make your own waffle creation. Top off your meal with crisp hash browns and home fries. Gluten-free options are also available.
