School of Theater Student Leave- for internship leave
Lab Show form- if you are thinking about producing a show, you will need to submit this form to a faculty advisor so that it can be evaluated by the Lab Show Committee
School of Theater Internship Evaluation- Student completes some sections of this, then request that your internship supervisor completes the evaluation and returns it to The School of Theater by email, theater@ohio.edu or by mail:
