Mileage Rate Change: Effective 01/01/09 the mileage rate is 55.0 cents per mile 

 

Travel News: SunPark at Columbus Airport has changed its name to FastTracks, but the Ohio University employee discount is still available.  Just show your OU ID when paying to receive the special $4/day rate.

Travel Advance update:  Employees who receive a Travel Advance after 2/1/08 will receive an invoice shortly thereafter.  This invoice replaces Page 2 of the old Travel Advance.  Remember to take the invoice form to Chubb!  Here is the latest Travel Advance Form

Student Travel Awards:  Monies awarded to a student for travel expenses to further their education are now distributed through the Bursar’s Office, 15 Chubb Hall by completing a Student Payment Release Form.
