Location: HDL Center

The HDL Center is located at 160 West Union Street. It houses a variety of University and non-University groups including the VP for Finance Office.

Directions from Route 33 (50 or 32):

Route 33 leads into Athens. If you are approaching via Route 32 or 50, be aware that both Routes merge with, or provide exit to, 33 just outside, or within, Athens. From 33, take the 682 exit. The exit feeds you onto 682N, heading toward town. The first intersection is 682 and Richland. Turn RIGHT at this light, onto Richland. Drive to the next intersection, the corner of Richland and Shafer. The Convocation Center, a large domed building, is on this corner.

Turn LEFT at this light, onto Shafer. Follow Shafer for several blocks to the next light. This is the intersection of Shafer and West Union. Turn RIGHT onto West Union. The HDL Center, at 160 West Union, comes up almost immediately on your LEFT. It is a large, 3 story brick building set back from the street, with a large parking lot in front.

Parking & entry:

Park in the lot and enter the building through the main doors. Take the elevator to the second floor. Room 213A is down the hallway to your right as you step off the elevator. NOTE: A parking tag is not needed in the lot during business hours. However, do not leave your car in the lot after 6:00 PM, or you may be towed.
