1) Review the PCard Online Training. You may also view the Ohio University Purchasing Card policy and procedure by clicking here.
2) Complete the PCard Quiz, print the results screen as directed.
3) Access the PCard Application (Click here for printable handouts.)
Note: If the application has already been submitted, proceed to step #5 and mail
or fax the signed quiz results.
4) Complete the PCard Application (Click here for printable handouts.)
5) Mail the PCard Application with the signed quiz results attached to:

6) Once your application has been reviewed you will receive an email stating that your purchasing card is available for pick up in the Business Services Center, room 168, HDL Center.
