- Submit the Application to Purchasing Card Administration, 213A HDL Center. Original signatures are required. Envelope should be marked confidential.
- The applicant must complete a cardholder training session before receiving a PCard or CV Card. See details on cardholder training.
Once the PCard Administration office receives an application, they will: - Review Application for completeness. Incomplete forms will be returned.
- Check for designation of a main PARIS Reviewer and an alternate PARIS Reviewer.
- Order Cards
• This takes approximately 7 to 10 business days. • The card will be released to the applicant after he or she has completed the mandatory cardholder training. • If the applicant completes the cardholder training during the application processing period, the PCard Administration will notify the applicant by email when the card is available so they may stop by the office with proper identification and pick up their new card.
- Assign passwords for access to the PARIS software system to be used by the PARIS user listed on the PCard Application. (This password will be given to the PARIS user at the PARIS training session).
