DID YOU KNOW?
- There is a $500 limit on purchases made at jewelry stores. If your purchase will be over the limit, please contact the Pcard office before making the purchase.
- The statement cycle dates and mapping schedule are available on the PCard website by clicking on the appropriate link in the table of contents on the left-hand side of our website.
NEW! We now have Electronic Statements (ES)!
The ES functionality allows cardholders to print their statement from a secured site generally within two days after the account cycles.
When you register, you will be required to provide your account number, which is the number on your Pcard. You will be asked for your mother’s maiden name and to provide a security question that you choose. To register, go to:
Cardholders will still have to print their statement, reconcile it with their receipts, and attach the Statement Approval Form to keep on file. You will be notified by e-mail when statements are ready.
You can disenroll at any time by clicking on 'my profile' tab at the top of the genetservice.com page, then clicking on the 'disenroll from electronic statements' link.
FYI - You can get new Pcard sleeves and tax exempt forms (wallet size) by calling the Pcard helpline at 597.6446.
Friendly Reminders…
- Filling out a Pcard application? Remember, remember to get the appropriate signatures. There should be three signatures on every application - the cardholders, the Budget Unit Managers, and either the VP's, Dean's, Chair's, or Director's.
- Paying for Lodging? Remember to ask for state employee rates.
- Radioactive materials may not be purchased with a Pcard. Not following policy and procedure for buying radioactive materials can cause the university and/or employee to incure a large fine. Contact Susan Hopkins at 3-1666 for your radioactive needs.
- Moving to a new department or leaving the university? Please remember to let Pcard Admin know if you or one of your employees will be leaving your department or the university.
