Administrative Vacation Process to Change
In an effort to increase the efficiency of reporting administrative vacation use, a cross-functional work group (UHR, Payroll, Finance and OIT) has been meeting to develop a better process. The current method of tracking administrative vacation requires departments to keep track of all vacation use throughout the year, and to provide a vacation balance report for each employee at the end of the fiscal year. New Format for W-4 and State Withholding Forms
The payroll department has revised the W-4 and state withholding forms (Ohio, Kentucky and West Virginia). Please discontinue using and destroy the old forms. You can download the forms by clicking on the link .
