W-2 Forms

An email will be sent to all employees as soon as the W-2 forms have been uploaded to the My Personal Information website. You may access your W2 by clicking on the My Personal Information link located on the left side of this page. Paper copies will be mailed on January 29, 2010.

New Tax Charts for 2010

In Janaury, the payroll department received new federal and state tax charts; therefore, Ohio University employees will notice a decrease in their net pay. In order to change your tax withholding amount, you must complete a new W4/IT4 form which can be found by clinking on the link Downloadable Forms located at the left side of this page.
