To increase the amount in your petty cash fund or change fund.....

To update or revise the fund officers (fiduciary, custodian and/or backup custodian).....
Use the Reconciliation Form for Change Funds
To balance your change fund after each day of use, or at least weekly.
Use the Reconciliation Form for Petty Cash Funds
To balance your petty cash fund at least monthly.
