Customer Care Center

The Customer Care Center strives to provide first call resolution for your finance-related questions by serving you with a dedicated team of knowledgeable customer service professionals. If you have a question or need resolution to an issue that you are experiencing, please contact us first! We work with you to provide the information you need or to resolve any Finance Division related issues that you're experiencing. If we're unable to provide you with the information directly, we can guide you to the individuals in Finance that can assist you.

Office Location

We are located in the West Union Street Office Center (former HDL center) in Room 205.

We are available to assist you from 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays and are closed on weekends and holidays.
