Revenue Natural Accounts
A revenue natural account code is normally more appropriate than an expense natural account code if you're:
- depositing funds received from external entities
- preparing an External Billing Authorization to initiate a billing to any person or business external to Ohio University
- preparing an Internal Billing Authorization to initiate a billing to an Ohio University Foundation account number or a Student Organization account number .
