ENROLLMENT MANAGEMENT ADVISORY COMMITTEE

The Enrollment Management Advisory Committee assists and provides guidance to the person(s) responsible for Enrollment Management on all matters related to recruitment, retention, marketing, financial aid and scholarship policies.   The Committee consults with and advises the person(s) responsible for Enrollment Management on such issues as:

·      Appropriate freshman class size, ratio of instate to out-of-state students, proportion of undergraduate/graduate enrollment, percentage of enrollment by members of under-represented groups, etc.

·       Effectiveness of recruitment materials and recruitment strategies, including efforts to recruit members of under-represented groups and specially talented students.

·       Efforts to increase retention among all groups of students.

·       Policies related to scholarship awards and financial aid.

Faculty:  10, comprised of 7 at large (one of whom is the committee chair), one of whom is the chair; the EPSA Chair; the UCC Chair; the Graduate Council Chair
Students: 2 graduate, 3 undergraduate
Administrators:  4 at-large (with one from Regional Higher Education); Assistant Deans’ Council representative; University Communication and Marketing representative; Executive Assistant to President for Institutional Equity (or designee); representative from Multicultural Programs; Director of Residence Services; an academic dean
Classified Staff: 1 at large

Total: 26

COMMITTEE ROSTER
