Space Management is responsible for managing the allocation and utilization of eight million square feet of space that constitutes the Ohio University Athens Campus and Regional Campuses. Services include:

• Ensures the efficient and accurate management and planning of all Ohio University space;
• Receive/evaluate requests and leads the process for space assignments and changes;
• Monitor use and assignment of existing space on campus;
• Management of University Space Database;
• Provide reports of space type, use, and assignments to Ohio Board of Regents and various University Departments;
• Space utilization studies and reports for University Departments;
• Update and review classroom information in Registrar Databases
