Thank you for your interest in utilizing Baker University Center. Requests to keep Baker University Center open beyond specific normal operation hours must be approved by the Executive Director, or designee, prior to final confirmation of reservation. After this request form is received by the Administrative Office (located in Baker 347), it will be reviewed and confirmed with the requestor. Event Services requires two (2) weeks advance notice to insure adequate staffing of Baker University Center. There will be charges for extending the hours; the approximate hourly cost is $85.00 with a two hour minimum of $170.00. These charges are subject to change based on the time and/or nature of your event.
