Based on approaches from Mahatma Gandhi and Dr. Martin Luther King, this seminar for Ohio University students, faculty, and staff, Michael Bugeja and Erek Perry use case studies to provide an overview of the concept of tolerance, in particular as regards increasing sensitivity toward people of color and respect for everyone at the work place.
