Ohio University Faculty/Administrative Staff Diversity Commitment
The Ohio University Faculty/Staff Diversity Initiative "provides guidelines to facilitate and achieve greater diversity among Ohio University's faculty and administrative staff. The program will be administered by the Provost's Office for Institutional Equity.
In addition to adding components to the current hiring protocol for faculty and administrators, the President's Faculty and Staff Diversity Initiative requires that the annual merit reviews for all supervisory employees include an evaluation of their diversity efforts. An EEO/AA Appraisal Form (PDF file) or (WORD document) is available to assist in identifying these efforts.
