Chronic Illnesses Eligibility Requirements Eligible students with chronic illnesses are those who meet the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 definition of a disabled person in that the illness substantially limits a major life activity. Eligible students must submit documentation from an appropriately qualified practitioner indicating the scope of the illness and recommendations for accommodations relevant to the illness. Specific accommodations and services are determined by individual need based on the student's disability. Possible accommodations are listed below. - The clinic offer an array of services, including intelligence and neuropsychological assessment, psychological testing, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder assessments, and learning disability assessment. Graduate student clinicians under the direct supervision of licensed psychologist faculty members provide these services.
