How To Earn An Environmental Studies Certificate
You can earn the certificate by completing a minimum of 32 hours of approved coursework. The course load is equivalent to earning a minor. Many of the required and elective courses satisfy Tier and College of Arts and Sciences requirements. Courses taken as part of your major also will count toward the certificate. You should be advised that some courses require prerequisites and plan accordingly. Completion of this program results in the awarding of a certificate and is officially recognized on your transcript upon graduation. You must be enrolled with the director of the Environmental Studies Certificate Program to be awarded the certificate.
