| | | | Gerald Loehr Senior Leadership Award Criteria The purpose of this award is to recognize the most outstanding and deserving senior student leader in the Russ College of Engineering and Technology. Criteria - College-wide awardee for the Gerald Loehr Senior Leadership Award shall be selected from one of the departmental RLI Senior Leadership awardees each year.
Procedure - After the department awardees have been selected, the Robe Leadership Institute Advisory Board (RLIAB) shall meet to select the most outstanding one from the group composed of the department awardees.
- Each RLIAB member will present his/her own department's awardee's accomplishments to the other Board members for discussion. The final selection shall be made by a majority vote of the Board members present and voting. In case of a deadlock tie, the Dean of the Russ College and the Director of the Institute shall decide.
- The above procedure and final selection shall be held in confidence by the Board members so that the announcement of the award will be a surprise at the Annual Student Awards Banquet.
- The Director or the Associate Director of the Robe Leadership Institute will present the award or, should the Director or Associate Director not be present, the Dean of the Russ College will present the award.
