Established in 1996 by the Ohio University Board of Trustees, the T. Richard and Eleanora K. Robe Leadership Institute encourages and promotes effective leadership among the College’s students, faculty, and staff.
The institute designs and initiates programs to help selected undergraduate and graduate students reach beyond professional competence and prepare for the challenges of leadership roles. The institute provides opportunities and the means for those with leadership potential to acquire the knowledge and skills that will help them better contribute to their professions and to the betterment of the human condition.
