Dr. Nesic has served as a research scientist at the Institute for Energy Technology in Kjeller, Norway and at the Vincha Institute for Nuclear Sciences, Belgrade, Yugoslavia. In addition, he has served on the faculties of the University of Oslo, Norway, and of the University of Queensland in Brisbane, Australia. He joined Ohio University in 2001 as a Professor and the Director of the Institute for Corrosion and Multiphase Technology.
Research Activities
Dr Nesic's research interests reside at the intersection of transport phenomena and electrochemistry. Specific directions lead to research projects in corrosion, erosion, computational fluid dynamics and multiphase flow.
