Pre-Engineering Program Costs, Room, and Board

If selected for the PEP program, tuition and fees for the program, room (standard double), and board (20 meals per week) will be covered. Students pay for books (approximately $250) and any incidental expenses incurred while enrolled in the PEP program. Successful completion of the program will be rewarded with a grant of $750 for the 2008-2009 academic year. This grant-in-aid is given in three increments of $250 for fall, winter, and spring quarters, contingent upon maintaining a 2.0/4.0 average or better each quarter and satisfactory PEP contractual agreements.

Students with strong academic backgrounds meeting university scholarship requirements may qualify for additional scholarships for the 2008-2009 academic year. Scholarships are awarded depending on qualifications and availability.

Other aid will be determined by the financial aid office upon acceptance to Ohio University. All financial aid information must be submitted to Ohio University by the assigned deadlines. For more information, visit the Office of Student Financial Aid.
