Jaide Lydick, an industrial and systems engineering senior and Engineering Ambassador, has won the Russ College Facebook photo contest that closed March 1.
Her photo, showing her hard at work on her senior design project in the computer lab, received the most “likes” and earned her a Russ College prize pack.
Lydick's project involves collaborating with O'Bleness Memorial Hospital to analyze their pharmacy data and reduce the turnaround time for prescriptions to be filled for patients in its Medical Surgery Unit.
Contest submissions included photos of aviation student Grant Rhue in flight at 5,000 feet and mechanical engineering alumnus David Althausen putting his studies into practice upside-down on West Green in the form of a handstand before Stocker Center's The Bent sculpture.
The Russ College prize pack included a drawstring backpack, aluminum water bottle, luggage tags, umbrella, professional zippered portfolio, and more.
