Innovation comes naturally to engineers and technologists. For as long as we can remember, we've enjoyed thinking, making, doing, transforming. The Russ College of Engineering and Technology offers a forward-thinking, student-centered learning environment where technical expertise and collaboration produce ideas for the future.

Our rigorous academic program means that the Russ College targets well-rounded, capable students who are motivated to perform well academically. We look at your wholistic record, so there are no minimum admissions requirements for the Russ College. However, for engineering disciplines and computer science, our typical freshmen rank in the top 30 to 50 percent of their high school graduating classes, with four years of math, a year of chemistry, and a year of physics; and score a minimum 23 on the ACT or combined 1160 on the SAT.

Want to create for good? At the Russ College, we discover ways to make a sustainable mark on the world. To join us, see Ohio University's online undergraduate and graduate admissions information for deadlines, requirements, and applications, or see our online undergraduate program materials. Or contact Associate Dean for Academics Jeff Giesey at 740.593.1573 for more info.
