The Engineering Ambassadors are a select group of engineering students responsible for recruiting students; helping promote the Russ College to alumni, parents, friends, corporations, and foundations; and acting as representatives for their department. Some of the events ambassadors typically support include distinguished alumni visits, Russ College Board of Visitors meetings, Preview Day, Focus Day, Stocker Lecture Series, and Stocker Scholars. The ambassadors, who receive a yearly stipend from the Russ College of Engineering and Technology in return for their work, are chosen by the Russ College dean, faculty from each Russ College department, and current Engineering Ambassadors.
