Robert Judd is the chair of the Industrial and Systems Engineering department He has more than 30 years of academic experience, with more than 20 years at Ohio University. He has collaborated with many major industry partners, including General Electric, Parker Hanafin, General Motors, and Chrysler.

Research Interests: Cost Estimation, Max-plus algebra, Control of Manufacturing Systems, Discrete Event Systems, Simulation, Controls
