Kevin has more than 20 years of design and project management experience. He has prepared the hydraulic, hydrologic, and water quality calculations associated with civil engineering improvement projects. Kevin is a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and has prepared individual NPDES permit applications, and numerous Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP). He has been employed by Wilbur Smith Associates as the North Group Drainage Technology Leader where he oversaw the hydraulic and hydrologic activities of the Wilbur Smith Associates North Group, which included 25 offices. He has also been employed by Ohio Department of Transportation as a Hydraulic Review Engineer.


Research Interests: soil-structure interaction, pipe mechanics, hydraulics, hydrology, storm water management
