Maarten Uijt de Haag, who joined the center in January 1995, earned his B.S.E.E. and M.S.E.E. from Delft University of Technology, the Netherlands, in 1994 and has earned his Ph.D. at Ohio University. He supports the Global Positioning System (GPS) software development and flight test operations with the center's FAA/NASA activities. In addition, Maarten is involved in the development of signal models for the GPS. He is a member of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.
