Jundong Liu is currently an Associate Professor of the School of
Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Ohio University, and
the director of the Medical Image Analysis (MedIA) Lab at Ohio University.
His research has been supported by Ohio University
Research Priorities Program (BMIT group) and the University of Kentucky. He
received his M.S. degree in computer science from Peking University, and his Ph.D.
degree in computer information science and engineering from the University
of Florida. His current research interests include: medical image analysis,
shape modeling, image guided surgery, human motion detection and classification
in video, and content-based medical image retrieval.
