Required information for Ohio International Consortium (OIC), affiliate, and non-OU programs
Upon acceptance, the following forms and information should be submitted to the Office of Education Abroad prior to departure.
- Foreign study checklist - This form is available in the Office of Education Abroad and an education abroad advisor will discuss it with you.
- Copy of flight itinerary
- Copy of passport photo page
Once you are abroad, you must complete a Verification of Overseas Enrollment, have it signed by an academic official at your host institution, and send it to the Office of Education Abroad.
