Required information for students traveling for OU exchange scholars, independent study, internships, or research
OU students earning OU academic credit for independent study, research, and/or internships overseas, including OU scholar programs, should submit the following to the Office of Education Abroad prior to departure.
- Form packet for independent project participants
- If you are receiving academic credit for your project, you are automatically enrolled in a supplemental health insurance plan through HTH Worldwide Insurance Services prior to departure.
- Copy of complete flight itinerary (if not on a group flight)
- Copy of passport photo page
