Required information for OU exchange programs
Students interested in studying at an exchange partner institution overseas through OU should visit Applying for education abroad.
Upon acceptance, your OEA program coordinator will discuss how you will apply to the host institution and complete other paperwork. In addition to this process, the following forms and information should be submitted to your OEA Program Coordinator prior to departure:
- Foreign study checklist - Your program coordinator will give you this form and explain the process.
- Copy of flight itinerary
- Copy of passport photo page
Once you are abroad, you must complete a Verification of overseas enrollment, have it signed by an academic official at your host institution, and send it to the Office of Education Abroad.
Once you have accepted your nomination to a program, you are bound by the Conditions of participation signed in the application.
