"This experience for me has been a learning opportunity on levels far beyond academic ones. For, it is only when abroad, and surrounded by a language and by a people whose identities are built around a largely different series of events, stories and historical figures, that one can even begin truly to fathom what the world may look like from their perspective." - Jacob Schaub, Academic Year 2005-2006
